Assisted $9 billion international corporation and its outside attorneys respond to IRS audit inquiries and provided analytical support throughout the protest and appeals process. Reviewed and created trial exhibits for other general litigation support purposes. Assisted on numerous domestic and international tax projects including tax accounting calculations, tax asset basis and goodwill allocation for divestitures. Provided financial analysis and financial modeling services to assist corporations in various business proposals, including U.S. and international capital development projects.
