CapVal, LLC is a member of American Business Appraisers National Network (“ABA”), one of the foremost business valuation and litigation support networks in the country. Virtually all of the members of ABA hold advanced certifications in valuation (ASA, CBA). Several are attorneys themselves. Our members, who include professional engineers, PhD’s in finance and agriculture, MAI real estate appraisers, finance professors, former corporate treasury staff, and bankers, have a wide range of experience outside of the appraisal arena, adding to our skills within it. ABA members provide each other with both specific support and general theoretical assistance on complex issues, providing a depth of knowledge equivalent to that of the largest valuation organizations. With member offices across the nation, we can efficiently handle projects involving complex enterprises with multiple locations, while providing the continuous personal contact available only from a local firm.

When dealing with complex health care assignments, we work closely with Health Capital Corporation of St. Louis, one of the foremost specialists in health care valuation and finance in the nation. 

While CapVal, LLC does not operate as a CPA firm or provide any services involving the preparation of formal financial statements or tax returns, we work closely with numerous major accounting firms. We have access to tax and accounting specialists, enabling us to provide an integrated and professional team-based service to valuation and litigation support clients.
